VIRTUAL CHARITY ART EXHIBITION
- DHWANI GOYAL
India is suffering the world's worst Covid crisis, and we all need help! People are losing their lives in record number and in such tumultuous times, I feel it is imperative for each of us to help our nation. I have set up this Art exhibition where I have displayed some of my artworks that I have done so far, since the age of nine! I intend to raise as much as I can and donate the proceeds to the government for healthcare facilities. No one is safe unless everyone's safe! The smallest of contributions will not just aid the people suffering, but also young children who can take inspiration from such initiatives .

FOLK ART :
This is a form of folk art where I’ve tried to use different things such as beads, shells and glass colours to create a traditional artwork. The Kalasha in the middle is considered to be a symbol of abundance and the source of life. As noted above, the coconut contains auspicious properties that make up the 'elixir of life' – attributing wisdom and immortality with the Kalasha.

LAALTEN OR LANTERN:
Through my art work I have tried to cover the three aspect of life: Resolve, Resilience and Rejuvenation which I feel is most essential today. The lanterns are symbolic to prosperity, rejuvenation and resolve, which makes us aware of how despite all obstacles, everything is endless as light helps us lead the way forward, towards the future and pushes aside the surrounding darkness. The colours used in this artwork Signify resilience (green) , strength and power to rejuvenate(red) which is the need of the hour. I hope that the piece illuminates your heart and makes you smile, bringing you joy for as long as you behold its beauty and understand its deeper meaning.

ABSTRACT ART WITH GIRL: FANTASY
When we dream, we forget vast numbers of new connections between our recent and not so recent experiences. The act of connecting these abstract and unrelated experiences forms the basis of our human capacity to be creative. In this art piece of mine I’ve tried to inculcate the basics of Color theory and put it in an abstract form. I’ve used as many colors as possible to show the vibrant, depth and to bring out the radiancy in one’s dream, vision, or fantasy. This artwork depicts a woman who’s lying down with her head rested on one side. The different tones used near her facial region especially the skull is basically to emphasize on the positives, negatives, various experiences, thoughts, ideas stored in our brain.

This artwork of mine depicts Maasai Mara, a representation of the cultural art form of the Sub- African region. They’re known for their fearlessness and have always been calm and courageous. what makes them unique is their height, especially the long legs. They belong to the tallest people in the world, because of their rich calcium diet. The younger boys have a spear and trapping net as they were formerly hunters, with their young men trained to hunt for food and to protect their families.

WARLI ART :
Warli Paintings are rudimentary wall paintings that use a very basic graphic vocabulary: a circle, a triangle and a square. - The paintings are monosyllabic. These paintings are mainly done to represent a sense of togetherness. Warli Art revolves around the mother nature by giving more importance to nature and wildlife. Images of human beings and animals, along with scenes from daily life are created in a loose rhythmic pattern. Their art form symbolizes the balance of the universe.
